RETURNS, ORDER ISSUES & REFUNDS

🕒 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Pocket Plus! If you're not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable).

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging (tag, foam insert, bubble wrap and ensure that the magnet in the flab is wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it doesn't get caught up on something in transit)

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase that shows the order number

  • A short note explaining the reason for the return

📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once we receive, inspect your return & accept its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

🚚 Order Issues or Mistakes

If your order hasn't shipped yet and you need to change your order - reach out to us right away so we can get everything straightened out before we ship the order.

We’re so sorry if something wasn’t right with your order! If your order was:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

  • Shipped to the wrong address due to our error

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Once we receive and accept your return, your refund will be processed.

💵 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
